Clean enchanting accommodation with incredibly nice staff and best possible location in the middle of the city. Location close to town center where there is plenty of good restaurants, town center, and good restaurants and apres bars. Simply no reason to complain, really great stay...

We were a group of lads on a long ski weekend. The hotel catered well for us, other groups, couples, and families. Ideally placed for ski hire and has its own secure boot room for ski equipment storage at the end of the day. Very short walk to both the nursery slope and ski lift. Even shorter walk to a great selection of pubs, bar/clubs. Staff were really friendly and prepared excellent, simple breakfast and evening meals. Rooms basic, warm, and cleaned daily. Has a bar if you fancy a quiet drink, but the busy bars nearby are friendly and good fun.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the ski lift and town center. the rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and plenty of hot water. the breakfast is fantastic, with delicious croissants and unlimited coffee. the staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. the hotel offers the option to pay extra to keep the room on departure day, which is convenient for those with late flights.
Some guests mentioned that the dinner menu could be more varied, especially for vegetarian options.

Rooms are comfortable and have been updated. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The overall decor could use some updating and the walls are paper thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The WiFi is almost nonexistent and there is no heating in the boot room, which can be a problem during the winter.

For my weekend ski trip, I liked the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was a short walk to the ski lift and the rental store was nearby. the staff was friendly and offered a welcoming drink upon arrival. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from and was a good start to the day.
The room was disappointing. the walls were too thin, and I could hear the conversations of the people next door.

The breakfast croissants were absolutely delicious. The hotel was very clean and always warm, with the rooms being well turned up every day.
